Architecture & Design
Designed by XTU Architects, the building’s curved, flowing shape evokes wine swirling in a glass or the eddies of the Garonne River. Its aluminum and glass façade changes tone with the sunlight, making it one of Bordeaux’s most distinctive landmarks.
Exhibitions & Experiences
The museum offers permanent and temporary exhibitions exploring global wine cultures, from ancient traditions to modern viticulture. Interactive installations, tastings, and workshops allow visitors to engage all senses.
Observation Deck & Views
At the top, the Belvedere offers panoramic views of Bordeaux while serving a tasting of wines from around the world, enhancing the visitor experience with a literal and figurative perspective on wine.
