Sommos winery D.O. Somontano
Sommos is an avant-guard winery at the heart of the Somontano region. Geometric play transforms the intertwining cubes of Sommos into a prism for architecture that is internationally renowned in the press as “one of the architectural wonders of the winemaking world”. This is where we pursue knowledge and the aspiration to be much more than just a wine-producing facility.
Designed by the architect Jesús Marino Pascual in 2008.
Built of steel and glass, the architecture of the Sommos winery is singular in strength as well as form as it rises in harmony with the vineyards that surround it, each angle transposed with the progress and rhythm of the seasons.
